H H DEDHIA & ASSOCIATES (firm registration no. 148213W) was established in the year 2018 by a small team of Chartered Accountants in Mumbai. In a short span of time, it has become a very dynamic multi-disciplinary professional firm catering to comprehensive range of assurance, advisory, taxation, compliance and consultancy services to all size of corporates and small & medium enterprises across different industries. CA Harsh Dedhia is a founder member of the firm. He is the guiding force of the team with his varied experience of over 8 years in the field of assurance, auditing, financial advisory, securities valuation, taxation advisory and management consultancy

CA Harsh Dedhia is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Registered Valuer of ICAI-RVO.

Having the experience of working in one of the Big-4 advisory firms, he brings to the table, rich and varied experience in conducting all sorts of audits, assurance services, business and securities valuation services and taxation advisory services.
